Images were created by using a full frame DSLR camera, a 100mm macro lens, and a motorized camera macro rail. Approximately 50 captures were taken from the foreground to the background of the subject, then fused together with a specialized focus stacking software. The end result is optimum focus and sharpness from the front to the back of the subject.
