M.B. Vargas received their BFA in Photography from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA.

They had previously worked as a photographer for Sotheby’s auction house in New York City and in the photography studio of the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

M. B. Vargas currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors at GRID Gallery in Providence, RI.
